HOW TO FIND US
We are now inside IMAGE STUDIOS off 75
on Mockingbird.
PARKING: You can park in any open spot in the parking lots in front of the studios. If you can’t find any, there is a parking garage directly next to us with plenty of parking (look for the Texas Neurology garage). You can park in any spot that isn’t reserved, then take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk right next door to the studio. We’ll validate your parking!
We’re in the front suites #129 — to the right of the main entrance. Below is an easy video that shows you exactly how to get to the new studio as well as access the parking garage.
Please familiarize yourself by watching the video, as it may be confusing trying to find us the first time. Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and plan for Dallas traffic.
If you can find any, feel free to park anywhere out front!

CLIENT FORMS
A client waiver form is required for service.
Every client must fill out and sign the forms prior to or at the time of appointment, in order for us to service you. No exceptions. You’ll only need to fill out the form once.
Please fill out forms here prior to your next appt.
CARD ON FILE + DEPOSIT
A valid card on file + $50 deposit will be required to book any appointment.
Once your appointment is accepted, a $50 deposit will be pulled using the card you put on file. This can be used as a rolling deposit to your next appointment, or be applied to the remaining balance.
No deposit = no appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once.

We’ve added a few new pampering add-ons to
the menu — facial & scalp massages, rejuvenating facial treatments + more! Visit our service page for our full service menu.
