HOW TO BOOK
Once you book your appointment request, you will receive a text & email link to fill out your client forms. You must fill out your forms within 24 hours in order for your appointment to be accepted.
Once we receive and review your forms, your deposit will be collected, and your appointment will then be accepted.
If we do not receive your forms or deposit within 24 hours, your appointment will be declined and cancelled.
REQUIRED DEPOSIT
No deposit = no appointment.
A card on file is required in order to book an appointment online. Once your forms are submitted, a $50 deposit will be pulled using the card on file, and your appointment will then be accepted.
If a deposit can’t be collected within 24 hours, your appointment will be declined and cancelled.
The deposit can be used as a rolling deposit to your next appointment, or be applied to the remaining balance of your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable and transferable once.
LATE & CANCELLATION
Please cancel or reschedule within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment. Any changes after the 48 hour grace period will be considered last minute: your deposit will be forfeited and a new one is required to re-book.
Any changes after the 24 hour grace period: your deposit will be forfeited, a new deposit will be required to re-book, and you will be charged 50% of all services booked with card on file.
Same day changes, cancellations & no-shows will be charged 100% of service with card on file.
More than 10 minutes late = will not be eligible for any corrections, no exceptions.
I will still accept your appointment however, I will not extend your appointment time and you will still be charged full price regardless of coverage.
FILL POLICY
Clients MUST have lashes remaining to be
considered a fill.
Appointments over 3 weeks or less than 35% will be considered a full set and charged accordingly.
Touch-up fills are only 30-45 minute appointments.
If more time is needed, you will be charged for a standard fill. Must be booked within 7 days of your previous appointment.
Any excessive fallout and other issues must be reported within the first 2 days to be able to receive a correction,
if eligible.
